We can create a custom wedding planning experience for you in a short period of time.


The Sterling Service Includes:


  1. A complimentary initial consultation to discuss your wedding style, budget, timeline, and what help you feel you need right now and in the future.

  2. The creation of two secure online documents,which only you and coordinator have access and editing rights to:

  3. BulletA customized wedding planning worksheet with action items and deadlines.

  4. BulletA customized wedding budget, showing what you’ve already spent what you have left to spend


  1. A referral list for up to three vendors/services that are available on your wedding day,  tailored to your style and budget.

  2. Unlimited email and phone support.

  3. Unlimited travel.

  4. Up to twelve (12) hours of consultations and services which can include but are not limited to: vendor research, face-to-face appointments with you or on your behalf, invitation assembly, RSVP tracking,  favors and decorations, wedding errands. More hours are available for an additional fee.


Wedding Day Coordination:

  1. Ceremony and Reception Site Walk-through.

  2. Contacting all your vendors and  constructing a detailed day-of timeline, to be distributed to all necessary parties in the two weeks before your wedding

  3. Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal.

  4. Two on-site coordinators for the duration of your wedding day, from set-up to break-down, per wedding timeline. Unlimited hours on-site.

  5. Coordinate all deliveries.

  6. Personal assistance for Bride and Groom and attendants.

  7. Monitor set-up and performance of vendors.

  8. Organize favors, programs and place cards.

  9. Distribute Payments and Gratuities to Vendors.

  10. Secure all wedding gifts and personal items and make they are given to the correct people for transportation
