Wedding Wise Aftermath and Emotionally Preparing for Your Wedding

This Always Happens on Thursdays:

Got the Wedding Wise Post all set, happy as a clam. And then on THURSDAY, someone announces something like, “Name Your Own Price on In-Stock and Sample Gowns.” Thanks, I appreciate that.

I also found Before the Wedding, Prepare Your Heart in the Los Angeles Examiner, today, too. Sooo good! Here’s my favorite part:

Prepare Your Heart. Make sure you have scheduled time immediately before your ceremony for contemplation, meditation, affirmations, prayer, relaxation exercises, breathing, yoga, singing, or whatever makes you calm and happy–what I call “preparing your heart.” By this I mean more than 30 seconds of rote recitations and then cracking your knuckles and growling “Ready!” Preparing your heart means you take the time to be still, calm, centered, and grateful you have love in your life before you walk down the aisle.

Stop and take a minute to realize that this is all here for you, and the love of your life. Enjoy.

See you at the end of the aisle,

Liz C.
