Wedding Vendors on Craigslist?

I’m finishing up a new budget wedding planning e-book, and I’m wondering how many brides out there really are finding their wedding vendors on Craigslist? Photographer, florist, DJ?

I started out advertising my business there, lo, those many years ago, so I know you can get quality work, relatively cheaply.
 But was it worth it for you? Or did it become a choice between money and their inexperience? Would you do it again? Let me know in the comments below….
